Hyalofat membrane is a leading medical device that is engineered to temporarily replace cartilage and/or osteochondral deficits while acting regeneratively in the area of damage. Over time it is absorbed by the body and gradually replaced with new tissue.
Hyalofat membrane is engineered to be applied either alone to the lesion area or in combination with MSCs.
Its 3D structure promotes adhesion and 3D organization of MSCs to allow them to remain and act regeneratively in the area of the cartilage or osteochondral deficit.

The HyaloFast membrane is described as a 3D Bioabsorbable HA Fibrous Icicle with unique characteristics:
- It has a non-woven 3D fibrous structure consisting of benzyl ester of hyaluronic acid.
- It can be applied from both sides.
- HA is absorbed by following the natural pathway of endogenous HA.
- It is bioabsorbable, biocompatible, biodegradable and biodegradable, capable of supporting the attachment of MSCs and their 3D organization.
- HA is a product of bacterial fermentation and not a product of animal origin.

The NanoFx® (Nanofracture®) System consists of a reusable tool and a single-use k-wire PleuriStik™ wire used to induce microfractures of articular cartilage.
The 1 mm PleuriStik disturbs a smaller surface area than a standard microfracture technique and was intentionally designed to reduce damage to the subchondral plate.
The NanoFX system penetrates to a standard 9mm depth to reach targeted marrow cells – three times deeper than comparable microfracture techniques.
